Kindness?

To have one friend forever, is simply not possible.
Happiness is created through the stream of joy that pours from all living creatures.
One person cannot be the shield which carries the weight of the world on their shoulders,
And if this one person by chance, tells you that they can take care of you,
And do everything for you, never asking a single thing in return,
Then they are mistaken.

The only reason anyone does anything, is for their own personal gain or pleasure.

Friendship is not truly what it appears to be.

You help your friends so they can help you when you need it later, so when you are sad, someone is there.

You fall in love so you aren't lonely anymore, so you can feel good about yourself, and so someone is there to comfort you.
The strong affectionate feelings you have for them are nothing more than defensive, for if your lover, the one you need, is gone, then you will be lonely again.

Nothing is done out of sheer kindness.
Everyone simply follows the leads that might offer the most to gain from.

I say this with the uttmost sincerity, not to offend those who have faith in their lovers and friends...
Kindness is a neccessity to get what you want,
Not a personal trait or a moral to live by.
It is a tool, a gentle weapon by which you may gain the the things you desire.
Kindness is not true.
